CREMATION SERVICE PRICING

Part of making funeral arrangements on behalf of a loved one involves choosing between burial and cremation. This is a big decision based on any number of factors, including religious or spiritual beliefs, finances, and ecological awareness.

It's important to remember that choosing cremation is only one part of providing meaningful end-of-life care. Bringing family and friends together provides everyone with the opportunity to share memories and receive support, and our team can help you plan a fitting memorial service (with or without the cremation urn present).

Traditional Cremation Services

Traditional cremation is much like a traditional funeral. The remains of the deceased, placed in a cremation or a rental casket, is the focal point of the celebration. Visitations can take place prior to funeral services, and they are all followed by the cremation itself. Once the cremation has occurred, cremated remains are returned to the family, who can then decide to scatter, bury, or retain the ashes in an urn.

Cremation Service Types

Direct Cremation

Direct cremation involves completion of all required paperwork and transportation of the deceased from the hospital, home, nursing facility, or coroner's office directly to the crematory for the cremation process.

Memorial Gathering After Cremation

A memorial gathering can occur at any time after the cremation process. The urn is usually on display at the service, which can take place in any setting preferred by the family.

We, as cremation experts, can promise each family we serve the highest level of care and compassion. Here is what you can expect when you work with us:

Cremation Considerations

Once cremation is chosen, the person who is the legally identified or appointed next-of-kin will sign authorization documents.

The body can be transported from the place of death to the crematory and the cremation process can take place. However, there are some additional things you may wish to consider, such as:

s there a uniform or special set of clothes you would like your loved one to wear at the time of cremation? Your funeral director can advise you as to your best options regarding jewelry or other valuable personal items.

Are there any keepsake items you'd like to include? We sometimes suggest family members write cards, notes, or letters to their deceased loved one and place them in the cremation casket.

Would you like anyone to be present for your loved one's cremation? Because we know how healing it can be, we welcome the opportunity to bring interested family or friends into the crematory. Please discuss your desire to participate with your funeral director.

What will you keep the cremated remains or ashes in after the cremation? We offer a selection of urns and keepsake urns to help memorialize your loved one after services and cremation have taken place.

We want you to know that no matter your reasons for choosing cremation, our cremation specialists are here to help you explore your options.
