Virginia Pike

Virginia I Pike, a devoted Mother and resident of Crab Orchard, Ky, went to be with the Lord on May 15, 2024 at the age of 62 after an extended stay at UK Hospital.

Virginia was born on October 15, 1961 in Shelbyville, IN to Patricia L. Pike. 

She grew up with many brothers and sisters. Virginia was a high school graduate of Shelbyville High School in Indiana and later obtained her CNA licenses in Kentucky. Virginia and former spouse, Arthur Ward III raised three children together. She was a devoted and very protective mother to her two very special and unique children, Samantha and Arthur. She enjoyed watching her "oldies" shows, completing cross word puzzles and looking over her children no matter where they were.

Virginia is survived by her children Samantha Pike, Arthur Pike IV, Sabrina(Cody Morgan)Pike and two Grand dogs, Costa and Mystic.

"Mom, your wings were ready but my heart was not.."
