Timothy ( TJ ) Jason McCauley age 48 of Indianapolis passed away suddenly on April 26, 2024, at his home. He was born in Indianapolis on February 6, 1976, at Methodist Hospital to Denise (ne: Owens) McCauley and Timothy J. McCauley.
TJ graduated from Cascade HS. Clayton, IN class of 1994. He loved playing baseball and was an avid Cubs and Pacers fan. As manager of the Milano Inn for many years followed by MiMi Blue Restaurant, he made many friends. He was devoted to his employers and took his employees under his wing. Tim worked relentlessly and with true devotion and love for his profession. The restaurant business was in his blood, and he proudly excelled at it.
Family gatherings and vacations with TJ were always full of laughter. His sense of humor was epic. Side splitting laughs were in abundance and his nephews knew him as the well-deserved “Uncle Fun”,
Tim passionately plunged into everything he undertook. There wasn’t a soul he wouldn’t extend a helping hand to, and he was never short on empathy or sharing his deep love for those in need. His heart was larger than life and he will be deeply missed by many who were fortunate to cross paths with TJ and have him as part of their lives.
Tim is proceeded in death by his beloved mother Denise McCauley. Survived by Father Timothy McCauley (Nancy) , brother Andrew McCauley (Lindsay), nephews Gage and Cole, and many families and friends.
