Scott Walters

Scott A. Walters passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 3, 2024 in Fountaintown, IN. Scott was born December 27, 1961 in Toledo, Ohio to Robert C Walters Jr and Constance J Walters who have both preceded him in death. He attended St Francis deSales High School graduating in 1980. Scott married his wife Lisa Walters on May 15, 2015, in Greenfield, IN, she preceded him in death on March 21, 2023.

Scott built a respected career in transportation and logistics, where his commitment to ensuring efficient, reliable operations left a lasting impact on all who worked with him. In the final chapter of his career, he took immense pride in his work with Ford Motor Company and Ryder Logistics, contributing his expertise and fostering a legacy of integrity.

Scott is survived by his brothers, Robert III (Deborah) and Timothy (Cyndi); along with his nephews, Robert IV, Timothy Jr., Seth (Rebecca), Max (Brooke), and Luke (Honor). He is also remembered fondly by his stepdaughter Jenna Lewman, and his grandson William Jasper Rather, who both brought great joy to his life.

Scott’s presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew him.
