Sarah Madison, 69 of Fort Wayne passed away May 12, 2021 at her residence. Born March 6, 1952 in Harlan, Kentucky she was the daughter of Henry Levins and Susie Moore.
Sara was preceded in death by her husband Willie Madison Sr.
She leaves behind her children and many more friends and family members.
Cremation has been chosen.
