Monzelle Jonise Tarver

Monzelle Jonise Tarver born in Cincinnati, Ohio 26 November 1954 gained her wings on 17 April 2024. Daughter of Predester Tarver and Alice Redd who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her stepmother Carrie Lee Tarver, step brothers Larry and Walter, and step sister Carrie. She is survived by her brothers Butch Tarver, Allen, and sister Debbie. She is survived by her children Anthony (Jenifer) Tarver, Felicia Tarver (Vic Steele), Brandon Harper, partner in life Frank Hinkston, numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a beloved caretaker, auntie, cousin, dear friend, and sister to so many. Monzelle was a vibrant soul. She will be remembered for her infectious smile and above all else the love and comfort she provided everyone. She left an indelible mark on all those she crossed paths with. In lieu of a funeral, a celebration of her life will take place on 18 May at the Riverside Lodge, Lake Isabella, Loveland Ohio beginning at 2 PM.
