Michael Fred Radtke

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Michael Fred Radtke on January 23, 2022 at the age of 48 in Columbus, IN.
Michael was born and grew up in Michigan.
He was a huge NFL fan MICHIGAN WOLVERINES M-GO-BLUE University of Michigan. He also had a passion for NHL DETROIT RED WINGS. Michael has a nice collection of memorabilia of his favorite teams.
Michael graduated high school in Brighton, Michigan and attended college for two years. He joined he US AIR FORCE and was stationed in Eglin AFB. Michael made Tampa his home and then relocated to Columbus, Indiana a few years ago where he resided with his partner, Angela Doss.
Predeceased by his father Fred W Radtke, Jr Survived by his mother, Marilyn R Radtke Survived by his SISTER, Lisa Kruvelis, BROTHER, Kurt Kuczynski (Wendy) Several Aunts and Uncles, Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, previous brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, many friends.
Predeceased by Grandfather, Fred W Radtke, Sr, Grandmother (Lillian) Grandfather, Edward Wilson, Grandmother (Marie).
US. AIR FORCE HONORS TEAM will commemorate the service at BAY PINES NATIONAL CEMETERY, Tampa, Florida on 2/17/2022.
The family would like to thank the staff at LUNG INSTITUTE COLUMBUS REGIONAL HEALTH Columbus, Indiana for their care during his lengthy battle with Covid.
