Michael Leroy Cloud

Michael Leroy Cloud, 68 of Columbus, passed away August 19, 2024. He was born April 9, 1956, in Indianapolis to the late John and Betty Cloud. Mike attended Southport High School. During his lifetime, Mike worked for Circle City Glass, Hartman Concrete, and retired from U-Store.

Mike is survived by his wife of 36 years, Darlene Cloud; is children Angie Webber (Dave) and Bobby Cloud; grandchildren Brandon Carr (Courtney), Cameron Estes (Chelsey), Brooklyn, Chanel, Caynen Webber, and Andrew Cloud; great-grandchildren Dayton, Collin, and Kennedee Carr, Nevaeh, Scarlett, and Leland Estes, Kaiden and Michael Cloud; siblings Sue Smith, Betsy Hornaday, John Cloud (Janice) and many nieces and nephews that he loved as his own. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Cloud on February 15, 2023, and his sister Marsha Cloud.

Mike was many things to many people, but the highlight of his life has always been his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They will always share sweet memories of times spent in Brown County. His hobbies were playing pool and fishing. Everyone loved his sense of humor, and he was known to love a good prank. Mike would never be found without a diet Pepsi in hand. Many of his family and friends benefited from his talents as jack of all trades.
