Dale Roger Waak

Dale Roger Waak 62 of Osceola, passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, Indiana. He was born July 26th, 1962, in Michigan City, Indiana, to Ronald and Carol (Meyers) Waak.

Dale enjoyed caring for his cats, gardening and occasional trips to the casinos.

He is survived by his husband Mike Eby together for 35 years. They were married on June 25, 2014, the first day same sex unions were legalized in the state of Indiana.

Also survived by his sister Kathy Havlin of Cedar Lake, Indiana, Dewaine Waak of Flower Mound, TX and many nieces and nephews. Two brothers Jamie A. and Michael L. Waak proceeded him in death.

Cremation will take place. A private celebration of life will be held in the future.
