Constance L McGaughey

Connie L. McGaughey, 71, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away on December 30, 2024.

She was born on September 13, 1953, in Crawfordsville, Indiana, to Lawrence R. McGaughey and Mary Rusk McGaughey. Connie grew up in Greencastle, where she attended school and formed cherished memories that stayed with her throughout her life.

Connie is survived by her son, Paul McGaughey; her brothers, Kim McGaughey and Mark McGaughey (Tina); and her sister, Angie Lafferty. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews who will remember her lovingly. Connie was also blessed with the companionship of many dear friends who enriched her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Carol McGaughey.

Connie’s warmth and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she touched during her lifetime.

In keeping with her and her family's wishes, cremation is planned with no services planned at this time.
