Bobby Gene Heatley

Bobby (Bob) Gene Heatley, 72, Spencer, passed away unexpectedly at his home on November 9, 2022. Bob was born in Detroit, MI on April 4, 1950, living most of his life in Indiana. Bob worked as a truck driver for many years covering many miles. After retirement he purchased his "little home in the woods". He enjoyed tinkering in the garage and working in his yard. He is survived by his daughters, Trista Sommers and Jessica Johnson, grandchildren Noah Johnson, Reilly Sommers, Kila Johnson, Reese Sommers, Shelby Johnson and bonus grandchildren Sam and Sydney Walsh and great grandson Leo Dombrowski. He is preceded in death by his mother Madaline Thompson and step-father Ray Thompson whom he lovingly referred to as Dad. Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
