Alfonzo Martez Moore

Alfonzo Martez Moore was born on February 23, 1976, in Muncie, Indiana to mother, Charity L Dent and father Frederick Moore. Alfonzo was known to family and friends in his early years as "Tez". In later years he came to be known as "Al". Alfonzo was Loved by all who ever knew him. A deep and serious man, he was very private and devoted most of his life to his work, which he loved as Inventory Control Coordinator at Adidas Group in Indianapolis, Indiana. Alfonzo ascended from this earth on May 25, 2022, at the age of 46. He was preceded in Death by both parents and leaves behind his two siblings Calvin M Dent, 53, of Muncie, Indiana and Brian O Coates, 49, also of Muncie, Indiana. Alfonzo had many nieces and nephews, although he never had children of his own. He did have children that he raised and loved as his own who also loved him dearly. He had many cousins whom he considered as close as siblings. His Aunts and Uncles were like parents to him. Alfonzo was an upstanding and responsible member of the community of Indianapolis for the majority of his life. He loved no one on this Earth as much as his mother Charity. She passed away in 2018. He will be missed dearly. Details of his memorial will be made available soon to all friends, family and well wishers. It will be a solemn and private affair, as Alfonzo always was in life, so shall it be in his death.
